Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business and each item being custom made, we are unable to process any cancellations after order has been placed. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 15 days from your delivered date for store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery date. You may request a pre-paid label that will be deducted from your total return provided through our Returns Portal ($10.00 fee). Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse.

-All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

-Collaborations and limited releases are final sale.

-Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
